EP Brick & Tile Cleaner 1 Litre

A unique formulation that removes mortar and construction staining from bricks & tiles before occupation certificate is given to provide clean and dirt free areas. EP™ Brick & Tile Cleaner needs no mixing, just use direct from the container for easy application.

For use on homes, pavements, driveways, buildings facades, ramps, shopping centers, walls and floors.

EP™ Brick & Tile Cleaner is fast and easy to apply will not harm brick pavers, cobblestones and tiles, removes stubborn stains, easy water cleanup.

Tested to ASTM C 584 (2006) - Standard Test Method for Specular Gloss of Glazed Ceramic Whitewares and Related Products. EP™ Brick & Tile Cleaner will not damage nor etch glazed materials typically found inside bathrooms and toilets.

Theoretical Coverage: 7 - 12 Square metres per litre.

Application Method: Brush, broom or spray.

Shelf Life: 12 months minimum from date of manufacture when maintained in protected storage @ 5 – 38 °C.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

ALWAYS TEST ON SURFACES PRIOR TO APPLICATION

NOTE: Use gloves and goggles to keep from getting in eyes and skin. (Vertical spraying)

1. Wash surface with EP™ Eco-Kleen to remove surface build up if required.

2. Rinse with water.

3. Apply EP™ Brick & Tile Cleaner at approximately 1 ltr covering 7 / 12 square metres.

4. Let stand for approximately 5 – 10 minutes.

5. Scrub any stubborn stains with brush.

6. Rinse with water.

Do not apply on polished stone, marble or granite.

DO NOT STORE IN STRONG SUNLIGHT.

Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage
